The LAKE EUSTIS FINE ARTS FETIVAL - JANUARY 27-28th, 2007
Presented by Lake Eustis Museum of Art and the City of Eustis - Florida

Applications for entries now being accepted
$10,000 in awards!

FESTIVAL RULES AND INFORMATION:

Exhibit Space: Limited to 10’ wide x 10’ deep. There will be electricity (110 volt) – limited availablity.

Set Up Time: Friday, January 26th – 5-10 PM and Saturday, January 27th – 6:30-8:30 AM.

Show Time: All exhibitors must be up by 8:30 am and remain in place both days until 5:30 PM.

Each Exhibitor is responsible for collecting 7% Florida State sales tax and reporting to the Florida Revenue Commission.

Lake Eustis Art Museum maintains the right to review all displays and inspect all art work to insure that they are in accordance with festival rules and that the art work is as represented by application. The Committee reserves the right to remove any work exhibited during the show.

Exhibitors must display work only in the categories that they have been juried and accepted.

Art displayed must be the original design and work of the artist exhibiting. All work must be attributed solely to the displaying artist. The same name must appear on the application, slides, checks, and booth. You will be listed in the program as your name appears on your application.

Artist must exhibit and be present during the complete show. Dealer or agents may not stand in proxy for artists. Failure to follow this rule makes the artist ineligible for prizes and admission to future shows.

Fees:
$20.00 non-refundable application fee, due with your completed application form.
$155.00 Space fee is due after artist has received acceptance letter. Notification letters will be sent the week of December 6th, 2006.

No refund will be made for cancellation. No refunds of space fee will be made due to inclement weather.

Slides: Artist shall submit 4 (four) standard 2 X 2 - 35mm slides. Three slides shall consist of work produced in the last year and must represent the current quality and nature of the work to be exhibited. The 4th slide is your booth slide, with work on display. All slides must have the name and an arrow indicating the top of the work place on the side from which the work is to be viewed. Number slides in the upper right corner. The decision of the jury is final. Slides of entries not accepted will be returned to artist soon after judging. Those whose work is accepted for exhibit will receive their slides at the show.

Return Envelope: All applications must include one legal size, SASE for return of items.

The show Committee will not be responsible for responding to applicants who fail to provide the return envelope along with proper postage and cannot accept envelopes with postage due.

Deadlines:

Applications must be postmarked by November 15, 2006.

Notification of jury results will be mailed the week of December 6, 2006, booth fee will be due before December 23, 2006
